The following dog breeds are prohibited regardless of disposition, history, and training (if any): Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarias, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-hybrid. The Board may, by Rule, prohibit from being kept within the Property other dog breeds or other animals which it determines, in the exercise of reasonable discretion to be overly aggressive and a threat to the safety of others.
